Kick off National Foster Care Awareness Month with One Simple Wish as we host a special book signing and cocktail reception with author, foster care adoption advocate and Oscar-nominated actress Nia Vardalos. Nia's new book Instant Mom tells the touching and candid story of her quest to become a mom and her
discovery of the US Foster Care System.
Books available for purchase with proceeds benefiting One Simple Wish to help grant more wishes to kids in foster care.

Hasbro and One Simple Wish Embark on the Miles of Smiles Wish Tour!

The Real Money Experience

All Community Classes at Princeton Yoga will benefit One Simple Wish during the months of July and August.
Community Classes provide an opportunity for everyone in the community to experience yoga. These classes make yoga classes available to those who are out of work or in the military and local teachers and students.

Professional Mentor Recruitment

Join us at the Mercer County Boathouse/Marina (334 South Post Road, West Windsor, NJ) located in Mercer County Park for a BIG hat tea gathering to benefit One Simple Wish.
$30 donation, per person. Vendors, door prizes will saturate the event for the afternoon, in addition to a mini fashion show hosted by several young ladies (ages 15-18), who have benefited from wishes granted through One Simple Wish. Poetry reading and a speaker will inform each of us on the importance of reaching out and giving back to OUR youth.
Ladies, hats are required for this event. Men are invited as well!

One Simple Wish needs energetic volunteers to help canvas the Mercer County area with flyers about our organization on Service Day, Friday, September 11.The event will begin at our Ewing office where volunteers will be given a T-shirt to wear and flyers to distribute to local businesses and residences as allowed.
Snacks and refreshments will be available at our office throughout the day for volunteers to enjoy.
