Wish Details:
I am employed with the Division of Youth and Family Services. My client, Yakua Banks, has requested a laptop computer from the Division. Yakua requested a laptop because she will be attending college and would need the laptop to complete academic work. Yakua has been a client of the Division since she was two years old, and has minimal family support. Yakua has mentioned to the Division that she would really love to receive a laptop to help her further her education, and mentioned that she would be very grateful.

Yakua Banks is a very motivated and determined female who has triumphed in the face of adversity. Yakua is a twenty year old African American female who resides in an independent living program. She is also employed through the program as a transportation aide. Yakua's hobbies consist of reading, bowling, and helping others. Yakua has expressed an interest in one day opening her own group home to help at-risk youth. Yakua's favorite subject in school is mathematics because it sharpens her critical thinking skills. Many times, Yakua has mentioned her desire to help others so they would not have to experience hardships liek she did. Yakua continues to work and reside in the independent living program.
