Julio is an active, energetic boy who does well in school and is outgoing, friendly, and respectful. He loves to read and play outside. When he grows up he wants to be a construction worker. He excels at reading and his teachers say he learns very quickly. He has lots of energy and loves to play, especially outside. He has a big sister who is placed with him and they love playing together. Julio is a very sweet little boy.
