Andre is in his mother's care, and she is in independent living as she will age out of foster care in a year. Andre is well bonded and doing great at home. His mom is expecting a new baby in November 2017, and his team wants to make sure that he continues to know that he is loved and supported as his mom tries to adjust to the new changes at home.
