Abby lives in a residential treatment center for the last several years after her biological mother was found incompetent of being able to meet her medical and basic care needs. Abby was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and is also legally blind. Despite those setbacks, Abby excels in school and is social and outgoing and enjoys outings!
