Zoe is a bright and beautiful little girl. She goes to day care with her foster mom every day and is very good at sharing her toys! She loves to play dress up and play with dolls. Zoe is a sweet, sweet spirit. Her mom calls her “Little Momma.” She always wants to be sure everyone around is happy.
