Mayda is beautiful inside and out, and a kind and truly generous human being. She has already demonstrated such true 'greatness' at such a young age. Mayda has been accepted into a local University and is very excited about starting college. She plans on majoring in Early Childhood Education. Mayda has been awarded the Horatio Algers Scholarship and the Inspire Scholarship through DSU. She has maintained a 3.4 GPA while working two part time jobs and serving as President of the Youth Advisory Counsel.
