Adrianna is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and requires a lot of medical attention weekly. Mother is currently unemployed due to the special needs and having to transport her multiple times a week to CHOP and 2 times a week to Jersey Shore Medical Center for medical appointments. Their father works in the construction industry and is paid daily but when he misses work for his daughter’s medical appointments, his pay is docked. The family has limited income and no family support.
