Deion is a happy, well-loved baby. He is attached to his mom and his dad. He is an active baby and is starting to learn how to walk. He is very curious and could use more toys to play with. His mom reads to him and plays with him to aid in his development. His parents are young and have very limited funds that they spend on basic necessities so he does not have many toys.
