Andrew is an adorable, loveable, bundle of joy who was recently placed in foster home with his older brother. Andrew is starting to concentrate on shapes, colors, and sounds. Andrew loves his fuzzy teddy bear snowsuit as it keeps him warm while traveling to see his family. He knows how to use his infant voice very well in order to communicate his basic needs. After his needs are met he stares at you in the eyes and you can't help your heart from melting with love.
