Jose has wispy hair and beautiful grey/blue eyes. He is a shy little baby, small for his age, but very affectionate with his caregiver. A lack of prenatal care and drug exposure by his mom didn't give Jose a very strong start, but he is quickly catching up with his peers. He loves to hold onto his foster mom's hair and twist it around in his fingers, sometimes resulting in terrible knots!
