Manny came to the states as a refugee. He was put into foster care, raised in a group home and has incredible drive. He is so committed to reaching his full potential, going to college and making is community better! In fact, Manny is part of a committee led by and comprised of foster youth. Their mission is to identify the problems with our foster care and make it better for future foster children.
