Lily is a smart, creative young woman. She loves art and music and spending time with friends. She has faced more challenges in her life than any child should. These challenges have unfortunately led her to foster care within the last few months. Lily is working hard to become stable and get back on track with her education and build healthy social supports. Lily is kind, caring, and empathetic towards others. She celebrates the uniqueness in each person she meets and is an incredible advocate for herself and is always cheering for the "underdog." Each person on Lily's team of supports enjoys spending time with her and getting to know her has been a true joy.
