Andrew is a happy and active little guy who loves making others laugh. Andrew entered foster care at 3 months old with his twin sister and has come such a long way. Andrew and his sister were born prematurely and he had difficulty gaining weight at first. Andrew now has many favorite foods, including yogurt and bananas. Andrew recently learned how to walk and is now exploring everything. Andrew loves to play outside and go for walks around the neighborhood with his foster family.
