Chaz is a charming boy who is tall for his age. He loves watching cartoons and playing minecraft. He gets along pretty well with his siblings, and is happy to be placed with them. He has qualified for a special preschool funded by the local public school district and can't wait for it to begin. As of today, he wants to be a doctor or nurse, but his mind changes frequently!
