DeAndre is a fun kid who lights up the room with his presence. He is so loving and enjoys expressing his love, by giving hugs and kisses. DeAndre has been in foster care since he was 5 months old. He has 2 biological siblings, an older sister and younger brother, and an older foster sister. DeAndre is a unique kid who he is so funny. He loves to make funny faces, and wink his eyes at you. He also loves to say, "is it just me or am I cute today".
