Mia is a happy baby with an infectious laugh. She has dark hair that her foster mom likes to put up in a little pigtail right on top of her head. Mia was born premature and suffered withdrawal symptoms, but she was able to recover quickly and has gained weight and is nearly on par with other babies her age.
