Jessie is a fun little boy who is in foster care with his three older siblings. He enjoy going outside to play with them and copies everything they do. Jessie likes to color and tell imaginary stories to his foster parents. Jessie is too young to understand that he is in foster care and relates to his foster parents as his own.
