Aliza is a sweet little infant who has had a rough start to life. Prior to coming into foster care, Aliza was living in deplorable home conditions. She was severely neglected and was found unresponsive. Thankfully, the EMS staff was able to revive her and she is working towards growing in her development. Aliza is very cuddly and loves to sleep. She is in a loving home where she is being well taken care of and loved on.
