Little Orlando is a spunky boy. He can be so sweet but is also very challenging due to the extreme trauma he has been through at such a young age. He is all boy and loves playing outside with the other children in his foster home. He requires a lot of patience and structure and his foster mother gives him just that. This little boy needs a lot of love and is able to give it once he feels safe and secure.
