Chelsea spent 7 years in foster care. During this time, Chelsea was forced to overcome challenges on her own and learn to advocate for herself. She believes that being in the system has helped her become stronger and more resilient. She continues to use her experience to motivate her to succeed and become a role model for younger foster youth. She is extremely proud of herself for graduating high school and attending a prestigious college. She hopes to continue pursuing her education and become a professor in the future!
