Bella is a bright and kind little girl. She is currently living with her Grandparents and baby brother. She loves learnig, playing with dolls, using her imagination when coloring, and going on outings with her Grandparents. Although her time in relative care has been difficult, she still has a great attitude and is wonderful to be around.
