Noah is an energetic, loving little boy. He is currently in relative care with his with Grandparetns and 3 other siblings. His circumstances have not been ideal but he continues to show a positive outlook with his fun-loving personality. He loves watching Blippy and playing with his toy trucks. He also enjoys helping his Grandma at home and playing with his big brother. He is kind and loving and keeps those around him active and laughing.
