After everything he has been through, he has made miraculous progress in his development. Not to mention his strong will to go, go, go. He definitely keeps his foster family on their toes.
Carson loves going to the racetrack with his foster family. He is in absolute awe of all the action with the cars and people watching. However, he is a little sensitive to all the noise, and these will protect his ears. With these special noise reduction earmuffs, he can still hear all the rumbling he loves, but in a safer manner.
