Although Neveah is doing much better with her foster mom, her foster mother is struggling with paying bills currently. She has fallen on hard times and does not want to break the bond she has created with Neveah by giving her up. Neveah needs a winter coat as she is growing quite quickly - any clothing her foster mother can receive will help keep Neveah warm this winter.
Neveah is 1 year old and lives in NJ
Neveah was removed from her mother's care at 6 months of age due to extreme medical neglect. She was not being fed more than once per day. She has been with her foster mom since then and is doing much better.
