Teniyah is a kind and genuine teenager who has faced her share of challenges. After recently losing her father, she now lives with her teenage brother and single mother. Despite these hardships, Teniyah has been excelling in school and helping her mother around the house. She was recently named the captain of the cheerleading team, which makes her very happy. Teniyah enjoys spending time with her friends and always finds time for her older brother. Her family also receives support from the Department of Children and Family Services.

Teniyah's very passionate about cheerleading and recently made cheer captain! Her mother constantly has transportation issues, which have caused Teniyah to be late or miss practice altogether.
