Haylo is a special little girl who is 1 y/o. Haylo lives with her loving foster parents and their three biological children. Haylo was born severely addicted to Heroin, and as a result, she is developmentally delayed. She is just now starting to walk. Haylo does not speak simple words yet, but her foster parents know she is comprehending what is around her by making signs.
