Mandy entered Utah's foster care system at the age of 16 and was eventually reunited with her family. She enjoys spending time in nature and creating art in her free time.

Mandy is so excited to be graduating from her program soon; she has worked extremely hard to earn her degree and needs nutritious food to fuel her brain as she crosses the finish line.
