This is a request for a Target gift card to fill Bernard's Easter basket. This will give him the opportunity to pick something fun out for himself! This wish is still needed even though Easter passed as the visit with Bernard will not be until the end of April.
Bernard is 10 years old and lives in TX
Bernard has limited use of vision and verbalization. He is unable to roll over or to crawl due to the abuse he suffered before being in foster care. He has been in care for 3 years.
