Andrea would love a gift card to Amazon. Andrea would love to splurge on something for herself. This would be a great way to recognize all the hard work Andrea has done, and the perseverance she has had with doing well at school and sticking with her goals to become an auto mechanic.
Andrea is 25 years old and lives in DE
Andrea has accomplished a lot during this past school year. Andrea has a part-time job and attends a Vocational Tech high school where she concentrates in Auto Tech. Andrea works at an auto mechanic shop and is a ‘mechanic-in-training’. In addition, Andrea is the Secretary for the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) and was re-elected this year to this position again. Andrea has excelled at this leadership position. Andrea participates in many advocacy opportunities for youth that are in foster care, including going on a trip to Washing D.C., and was a guest speaker at a conference where she talked about the need for youth in care to have their driver’s licenses. Currently, Andrea is working on her applications for college. She is overall, a positive and cheerful young woman that has a lot of self-confidence
