Water Park Season Pass for Troy who loves sports

Troy is asking for a season pass to the local water park so that he can swim, swim, swim! He is a very active young man and would love to play at the water park all summer long with his foster brother and sisters. It gets hot in Arkansas in the summer, so he would like to have a place where he can cool off.
Troy is 17 years old and lives in AR
Troy is a shy but loving boy. He absolutely loves all sports and loves to be outside as much as possible. He would stay outside all day (playing sports!) if he could. Someday, Troy wants to be a baseball player. He really excels at trying his hardest at everything he does.
