Jael is very involved in her church and would like to attend their Youth Summer Retreat in July. The retreat would help Jael cultivate positive relationships she has built within her church community and spend valuable time with her siblings, who would like to attend with her.

Jael is a lovely young lady who brings joy to everyone she meets. She is bubbly, vivacious, and a star student! Jael is placed with her three siblings and is very caring toward them.
