Summer Camp for Anthony who has special needs

Anthony endured trauma at a very young age. Because of this early childhood trauma, he has low self-esteem. His mother is a full-time caregiver and can only work part-time. They are currently on assistance and cannot afford summer camp. Anthony doesn't get the chance to interact with his peers very often. This camp would be perfect for Anthony because it supports special needs. It would give him a chance to be in a supportive environment with other children his age.
Anthony is 19 years old and lives in CA
Anthony would love to attend summer camp! Anthony is a special needs child in a low-income family. Because of his special needs, his caregiver is not able to work full-time. He has always attended special education schools that have not been the best environment for him to make friends or practice his social skills but he will be moving to a regular public school this year! The hope is that by attending summer camp, Anthony will learn some valuable peer interaction skills that will help him when he returns to school.
