Sophie was unexpectedly moved from what she thought was going to be her forever home. Her new family is keen to adopt her and had planned a trip to Disney prior to taking her into their home. They want her to come with them. The day passes would mean the world to her entire family.
Sophie is 12 years old and lives in PA
Sophie darling little girl who looks up to her older brother. After a couple of pre-adoptive homes have fallen through, she may have found her forever home!
