Christina is a 20 year old college student. She is in her sophomore year of college. Christina has an incredible work ethic. She has worked at a local grocery store since she was 16. he also serves as a volunteer at a local women's shelter near her college campus. She would like to do social work of some kind after college graduation. She is pursuing a degree in criminal justice. Christina and her sister were adopted by their foster mother when Christina was 18 years old. Christian serves on the Youth Speak Out Team for Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association. This is an opportunity for her to advocate and speak on behalf of her peers based on her experience in foster care at conferences and event across the United States.
