Laptop for Brian who is starting to plan for College

Brian is asking for a laptop to support him in finishing up his senior year and his senior project. He will be taking online classes to meet all of his requirements as well as applying for scholarships, financial aid, and colleges. At this time, he does not have access to a computer and is using his smartphone to complete his summer online class (which is very hard!). He would greatly appreciate a laptop to make his senior year much smoother and help him be even more successful!
Brian is 24 years old and lives in OR
Brian has been in an out of foster care and is currently living with a family member. Brian's ultimate goal is to move to New York and attend FIT. He would like to be a menswear fashion designer. He is a bright young man that is determined to move forward in his goals. He enjoys cycling and competing in tournaments across the area and hopes to go to college, as well as continue Cycling at the collegiate level.
