A Laptop for Carlos who is on his way to Job Corps

Carlos is leaving for Job Corps in a few months to learn the trades of Computer Programming and Office Administration. He is anxious to learn and receiving his certificates so that he can return to his family and obtain a good job. Carlos is asking for a computer so that he can easily keep in contact with friends and family through social media and email while he is gone. Carlos will also utilize a laptop for his daily homework, as well as job searching when he is done with his trade program.
Carlos is 26 years old and lives in OR
Carlos is working on obtaining his GED. He is a very hard worker and supports his family by helping pay for the rent and utilities. He works seasonal jobs on a farm and enjoys watching new movies and playing video games in his spare time. Carlos has been in the foster care system for over 5 years. He would like to work in construction when he grows up. Carlos enjoys to make others laugh and is very thoughtful.
