Biological mother has a long history of substance abuse and abandoned her home and her children. Her maternal grandmother obtained custody of Vicky and her brothers. When the grandmother went to the home to retrieve the children's belongings it was discovered that the family dogs destroyed everything since they were left in the home unattended.

Vicky is 22 years old and lives in NJ

Victoria has a lot of energy and likes playing with dolls and video games with her brothers. She has just started doing puzzles and enjoys working on them with her grandmother. She is excited about starting the new school year and meeting new friends. She has some developmental challenges and works hard to maintain her grades. She is sweet and funny and likes being around people. She wants to be a singer or a nurse when she grows up.
