Charlie's older brother mentioned the other day that in their "old house" they never had birthday parties. So he asked if they could plan a special one for Charlie this year. His foster mom wants to make this special for both boys, so would like to take Charlie's brother shopping to plan the whole thing (with decorations and party favors and a special birthday present from his brother).
Charlie is 7 years old and lives in OH
Charlie is a very happy baby who loves to cuddle. His favorite thing to do is to watch his older siblings play and wrestle and he loves to try to join in the fun. He is usually a happy baby and his foster mom hopes he can stay with her forever!
