Medical Exam for Wei to earn U.S. Citizenship

Wei escaped violence in Asia and is now safe in foster care. To earn his citizenship he needs a special and extensive medical exam that his foster family can not afford. The exam will help ensure Wei can stay in the country.
Wei is 24 years old and lives in PA
Wei was thrown out of his house b/c he came out as LGBTQ. He tried to make it on his own but recently entered foster care because he was homeless. Wei loves school and his prized possession is his SAT study book. To relax he has a passion for photography. Currently, Wei is in a youth homeless shelter while his caseworker tries to find him a foster family.
