Dance costume for Shawntay who wants to show off her hard work

Shawntay lives with a relative and is enrolled in dance class. There are very limited funds available for extracurricular activities, but Shawntay very much wants to dance! She cannot participate without the costume.
Shawntay is 17 years old and lives in NJ
Shawntay is a happy and engaging child. She spent several years in foster care and was recently returned to a relative's care. Despite her hardships, she remains a smiling and determined young girl
