Jacob is 11 years old and lives in KY
Jacob LOVES church and family activities. He is wonderful with helping out around the house and is very calm and collected. He loves being outdoors so he can run and play. He loves school and is well behaved. He has a great sense of humor, always tells jokes and is smiling, laughing and having fun! He is very positive.
