Rynell's wish is to have a bike so that he may travel around his town easier and quicker to visit his friends and family members. Rynell is building relationships with family members with whom he hasn't seen in years, and being able to see them is very important to him. Having a bike will also help Rynell access the local transportation center which is a few miles away, where he can load his bike onto a bus and visit his older sister who is also in foster care in another county.

Rynell is a happy, bright, and sociable young male. Rynell is interested in meeting people to expand his network and find out more about himself and his family. During his free time, Rynell like to rap, play video games, and hang out with his friends.
