New clothes for Chase this holiday season

Chase continues to live with his older sister, who has been doing a great job with him. He has a lot of developmental needs that he is in services for but he is growing like a weed! He needs some new clothes this winter and his sister is hoping to give him some new things this Christmas.
Chase is 11 years old and lives in OH
Chase is a 3 year old with a lot of delays. His parents have been using drugs the last few years, and unfortunately weren't providing him with many learning experiences or medical services. Chase is now in the care of his 18 year old sister, and she is giving him more care and love than he has ever received. The school district will start helping him catch up. But unfortunately things are really tight for his sister right now as she is trying to learn how to take care of him, his siblings and herself as a young 18 year old. Chase is very sweet and loves to be hugged.
