An iPad for Mike'Al who is learning to use technology to speak!

Mike'Al is a medically needy child that cannot speak. She is bedridden and not able to attend school. She is currently being taught how to use a program to communicate that can only be used on an iPad. Mike'Al's therapist and case managers have requested this for the purpose of MIke'Al receiving the care she needs. This iPad would give her the capability of having the program available to her at home all the time, not only through her therapists. Having the iPad and this program would be a huge step forward for Mike'Al and also with her care.
Mike'Al is 21 years old and lives in OH
Mike'Al is a medically needy and bedridden child. She is getting the best care possible from her foster family. Mike'Al's foster parents are in the process of adoption and are providing Mike'Al with more than she could ever dream. Mike'Al is a very smart young lady and is working with her caregivers on using technology to communicate and learn. She is a happy young lady and is always smiling!
