Lucas and his sister, Natalie, are half siblings who have been in foster care most of their young lives, and have been in their current foster home for the last four years! In December, they will FINALLY being adopted by their foster mom! Natalie and Lucas are very excited to officially become members of the family and have so much love for their foster mom. This has been a long road for the family, and foster mom has been so dedicated and positive through all of the ups and downs of the case. Both kids have both come a long way with their behaviors and academics and are truly getting the happy ending they deserve! The foster mom doesn’t know that this is being requested, but because of the hard work and dedication that she put into these two children over the years, we are hoping to give the family a fun outing to commemorate their adoption. The wish request is for a gift certificate to Studio 614, which is a paint store that people, can come in a design their own painting on a canvas or a pallet board with the assistance of the professional artists who work in the store. This would be a good gift because they will be enjoying family time while making memorable art to commemorate their adoption date.
