Walter is asking for a lego set in order to build a huge skyscraper. He says he loves tall buildings. Walter says his dream is to become a builder builder one day.
Walter is 13 years old and lives in NJ
Walter is a high energy little boy who enjoys being active. He loves to play outside with his friends. Walter also enjoys building structures with blocks. Walter is currently in foster care and separated from his two sibilings.
