Caleb would benefit from having a tablet or personal hand held system that he can play games and have fun but also be taught phonics.
Caleb is 16 years old and lives in NJ
Caleb is an outgoing spirited little boy. He likes to explore new surroundings. His life experience has been limited due to homelessness. He is also significantly behind academically however he does seem interested in learning in the right environment. He is well mannered and he loves to eat. Caleb is currently in foster care. He has one sister who is in foster care in another home.
