Chloe adores her family and is hoping to be adopted with her brother, which is very important to her. Chloe loves to shop and loves Starbucks, even though her foster parents can not afford to take her often. Chloe always says that she just wants to go to Target for Christmas.

Chloe loves sports and is a very active child. She has experienced significant trauma in her life, but continues to have a positive outlook on life and has such determination in her education. Chloe consistently receives outstanding grades, and is supportive to her younger brother and cannot wait to be adopted by her foster family.
