Phillip enjoys watching the Disney Cars movies. At this time he do not have any cars and this would make him so happy to get this a Christmas present. He a bright boy and enjoys watching any movie that has any kind of cars!
Phillip is 8 years old and lives in NC
Phillip is a smart little boy who enjoys laughing and with his sister. He is a loving child and he is always smiling. He has been moved to 3 different placements but it has not kept him from smiling and being playful.
